Haydays Contingency VIP Program

Don't wait! Join the Hay Days Contingency VIP Program today!  Site choices are limited as we get closer to the event.

The Contingency VIP Program is available to any who want to promote their product and be placed in the heart of Hay Days.  This program sponsors the racers and extreme performers at the event.   Size starts at 25x50 and can grow with how you want to present yourself.  Locations will vary based on availability.

When you join the Contingency VIP Program you are:

1.    Allowed to set up early with no waiting.

2.    You will receive your VIP wristbands that will allow you to enter the grounds during the event at a reasonable time.  

3.    We will do our best to accommodate you.  

4.    You also will receive a vehicle sticker that MUST be on your vehicle when entering the gate.  I cannot help you if you do not have this displayed correctly.  This is a must!!!!!

5.    You will receive PA time during the event.

6.    You are allowed to put up banners along the tracks. 

NOTE: We are not responsible in retuning them so if you need them back you will have to make arrangements with your staff. Kids love them.
