• NEW! All Swappers must register on-line this year.
  All swappers entering on Friday must have a Swap License purchased on-line or you will be turned away. Your swap fee is good for both days. Your vehicle will be specially marked to indicate you are a swapper.



• NEW! Each vehicle must have a two site minimum.
  No sharing of sites with multiple vehicles and/or trailers. Example: 3 spots for two vehicles. Each vehicle and trailer will be required to purchase the minimum of 2-20 foot spots, no exceptions! No side by side parking of vehicles within a swap space Be sure that your vehicle & trailer fit along with enough area to set your items out for display. Your tow vehicle and trailer MUST fit in your purchased space, regardless if you are only dropping off the trailer Friday night and returning Saturday morning. You will be measured before entering into swap.



• You can order your Swap License two ways



• Individual Swapper: Each vehicle and trailer will be required to purchase the minimum of 2-20 foot spots, no exceptions. Please measure your setup prior to purchasing. If you have rear doors that need to be opened or a ramp to extend, do not forget to account for that space.
• Group of Swappers: One person purchases up to 20 swap licenses for a group. Each vehicle in the group will be required to have the minimum of 2 swap space licenses (ie 40 feet) of the 20 swap license order limit. The minimum Swap License ratio per vehicle will be strictly enforced at the swap gate. If you are in a group, all members of the group must be in line and enter at the same time. No delayed entry. No refund if some of your group is not there at the time of your entry.


• NEW! Wristband Vouchers sold on-line with Swap Sites
  2 day wristband vouchers will be sold on-line in addition to the swap license - $25.00 for a 2 day band. Additional wrist bands may be purchased when entering the swap gate.
  
  
• NEW! All swap license holders must arrive on Friday.
  Gates will open around 12:00 Noon on Friday and close at 12:00 Midnight. Swappers arriving after that time will have to wait until Saturday evening to be parked. Swappers will still be parked on a first come, first served basis.
  There is no parking of swap spots on Saturday morning.



• NEW! Additional space can only be purchased on-line this year.
  Plan accordingly. You must be able to open your trailer door. If you need an additional space for setting your things out, now is the time to get that space. Do not assume we won't sellout all of our spaces. We have always sold out in the past.
  
  
• NEW! Penalty for vehicles that exceed size purchased
  We will measure your vehicle and trailer prior to entering and you must fit in your Licensed Swap Space. Vehicles that exceed the size of the swap spot purchased will have to wait until all other swappers are parked before they will be allowed to park. Then if we then have space to accommodate you there will be a $100.00 penalty plus the cost of the additional space. Size matters! Plan accordingly!
  
  
• NEW! Vehicles must have swap items.
  No vehicles of any kind will be allowed into the swap area without swap items or a trailer with swap items to sell. Vehicles that have a Swap License, but no obvious swap items to sell will be parked in a designated area. No single cars will be admitted without swap items to sell. There is plenty of free parking outside of the swap grounds. Your car will be checked for swap related items.

Beginning Saturday evening and again on Sunday morning if space permits, a limited amount of swap space will be available at the gate on a first come, first served basis. Note: The amount of space available will depend on the number of swappers that vacate the premises Saturday. The cost of these swap spaces will be $25.00 per space, with a two spot minimum. Depending on foot traffic we will start assigning swap spots around 6:00 PM Saturday night and on Sunday morning between 6:00 and 7:00 AM.

Terms and Conditions of License

• This License is for a "Swap Spot" at the two-day Haydays Swap Meet sponsored by the Sno-Barons Snowmobile Club, Inc. (the "Sno-Barons" or "Licensor") on September 10 and 11, 2011. Licenses are not transferable.



• All swap license holders, must arrive on Friday. Gates will open around 12:00 Noon on Friday and close at 12:00 Midnight. Swappers arriving after that time will have to wait until Saturday evening to be parked. Swappers are still parked on a "first come" basis.
  There will be no parking of swap sites on Saturday Morning
  
  
• The Swap Spot license grants the Licensee a Swap Spot in the Hay Days Swap Meet; but it does not grant the Licensee a Swap Spot at any particular location, or with, or beside any other Licensee, or among a group of particular Licensees. All decisions concerning the location of Licensee's Swap Spot made by Licensor are final.



• Each vehicle and trailer will be required to purchase the minimum of 2-20 foot spots, no exceptions! Licensee may obtain additional, multiple Swap Spot sites as needed, up to a maximum of 20 "Swap Spots". No side by side parking of vehicles or trailers within a swap space. Your tow vehicle and trailer MUST fit within your purchased space without unhooking.



• Licensee will receive a "Swap License" and confirmation letter by mail prior to the event. This will be Licensee's pass to enter and use Licensee's designated Swap Spot. Licensee must present the original "Swap License" to gain entrance and the failure to do so will result in being denied entrance. Copies of the "Swap License" or confirmation letter will not be accepted.



• No vehicles of any kind will be allowed into the swap area without swap items or a trailer with swap items to sell. Vehicles that have a swap license, but no obvious swap items to sell will be parked in a designated area.
  No single cars will be admitted without swap items to sell.



• Swap Spots are for the display, merchandizing, trade and sale of snowmobiles, motorized recreational vehicles and related items. Persons displaying items other than snowmobiles, motorized recreational vehicles and related items may be parked in a separate area or may asked to leave and they will forfeit their license fee.



• Vehicles that exceed the length of Swap space purchased will be removed from the entry line. They will have to wait for all other swappers to be parked before they will be allowed to enter and park. Only then, if there is space to accommodate you will you be allowed to enter. There will be a $100.00 penalty plus the cost of the additional space required. No refunds will be given if Licensee's vehicle exceeds the length of Swap Spot space purchased and appropriate parking space cannot be located.



• Licensee assumes full responsibility for its snowmobiles, vehicles and other personal property and the snowmobiles, vehicles and other personal property of its employees, agents and invitees, including the contents of any of those vehicles. Licensee waives all claims against Licensor, its agents, servants or employees for loss, theft or damage to property and for injuries to persons in, on or about the Swap Spot or in the Swap Meet, and Licensee will indemnify, defend and hold Licensor, its agents, servants and employees harmless from any damage or injury to any person, or to the vehicles, property, goods, wares and merchandise of any person, arising from the use of the Swap Spot by Licensee, its agents, servants, employees, contractors, and invitees.



• All property belonging to Licensee or any user of the Swap Spot is at the Swap Meet at the sole risk of Licensee or other person, and except for the deliberate act of Licensor or its agents or employees, Licensor, its agents or employees will not be liable for injury to persons or damage to, theft of or misappropriation of any property by any means. Licensee will give prompt notice to Licensor in case of any injury, damage, theft, or misappropriation. In case any action or proceeding is brought against Licensor because of any obligation of Licensee under the terms of this License or arising from any act or negligence of the Licensee, or of its agents or employees, Licensee on notice from Licensor must defend the cause at Licensee's expense by counsel reasonably satisfactory to Licensor.



• The Swap Spot will be used by Licensee, its employees, agents and invitees, under the rules and regulations that Licensor will, from time to time, promulgate. Licensee's right to possession of a Swap Spot under this License may be terminated by Licensor for any violation of its rules and regulations.


• All decisions of the Sno-Barons with respect to compliance with rules and regulations are final.



• No refund of license fee will be given before or after the event for any reason whatsoever.
